Si tu rejoins la liste d'attente pour 2027, ton prénom, ton courriel, ta langue, la provenance du lien et, si tu réponds à la question du courriel, ta réponse. Si tu l'acceptes, des témoins qui mesurent la visite du site.

On t'écrit au sujet des prochains événements seulement si tu as coché la case. Si tu rejoins la liste d'attente pour 2027, on t'écrit pour t'annoncer la date et l'ouverture des billets, et ta réponse à la question nous aide à bâtir la journée. Tu peux retirer ton accord pour ARC en tout temps en nous écrivant.

To manage your registration and ticket, send you event emails, count attendance and recognise you if you come back to a future Gathr. We write to you about future events only if you ticked the box. If you join the 2027 waitlist, we write to you to announce the date and when tickets open, and your answer to the question helps us build the day. You can withdraw your consent for ARC anytime by writing to us.

Si tu coches la case prévue à l'inscription, ARC Canada, l'un des partenaires de l'événement, reçoit ton nom et ton courriel pour t'écrire au sujet d'événements dans ta région, rien d'autre. Sans ton accord, ARC ne reçoit rien. Certains fournisseurs qui nous aident à envoyer les courriels et à faire fonctionner le site peuvent traiter tes données à l'extérieur du Québec. Nous ne vendons jamais tes données.

If you tick the box when you register, ARC Canada, one of the event's partners, receives your name and email to contact you about events in your area, and nothing else. Without your consent, ARC receives nothing. Some providers that help us send email and run the site may process your data outside Quebec. We never sell your data.

Nous gardons ton inscription trois ans après ta dernière participation, puis nous la rendons anonyme. Si tu as accepté nos nouvelles, nous gardons ton nom et ton courriel jusqu'à ton désabonnement. Nous gardons ton inscription à la liste d'attente jusqu'à la fin de Gathr Conférence 2027, ou jusqu'à ce que tu nous demandes de la retirer.

We keep your registration for three years after the last event you attended, then make it anonymous. If you opted in to news, we keep your name and email until you unsubscribe. We keep your waitlist sign-up until the end of Gathr Conference 2027, or until you ask us to remove it.

Tu peux voir, corriger ou supprimer tes renseignements, ou retirer ton consentement, en écrivant à privacy@gathrconference.ca. Nous répondons dans les 30 jours. Tu peux aussi porter plainte à la Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

You can see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@gathrconference.ca. We reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
